I believe it was John Wooden who made the following idea famous: "The true test of a man's character is what he does when no one is watching."
I think it's pretty accurate, and it makes me wonder -- what's the deal with agnostics/atheists who try to do their best to be virtuous in their daily lives? What the heck are they up to? I can't say I know, but I *can* infer at least one thing about them, I guess.
